to come alongside mamas of all ages and stages, in all seasons and circumstances, on the journey toward health and restoration through drawing the beautiful connection between the body and the mind and soul.
A safe space to heal & restore
We have a fully equipped gym and treatment space available with all the essentials. For our new mamas, we offer the option of providing mobile services (based on availability) as you adjust to your new family size. You are welcome to have children present during your treatment time, we know how important being a mama is!
*Childcare not provided if you choose to bring children with you to the gym
Concierge PT services
Our Home Gym location is conveniently located in Lancaster, PA between Lancaster City and the town of Lititz. New mama and just can’t make it to the gym yet? No worries – we’ve got you covered with home visits available. For mobile appointments, a treatment table and basic necessary equipment will be brought into your home but if you want the full experience, come enjoy the decked out gym (our personal favorite spot).

I seriously don’t have enough words for how amazing Vagabond Wellness is! It truly changed everything for me. I was struggling with my pelvic floor after the birth of my daughter. I peed a little every time I sneezed, coughed or laughed. Kristin showed me practical ways to help with that, and to strengthen my pelvic floor.
